Work Schedule: 6-day workweek. Learning and Development programs are conducted on 2 to 3 Saturdays per month.

Summary:

  • Our client, a leading IT Services/IT Consulting providing business solutions is seeking Multimedia Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be developing and designing multimedia content that aligns with the company's brand identity and campaign objectives. This role requires creativity, detail-oriented and collaboration across marketing teams to produce high-quality visual materials, maintain brand consistency, and stay updated on the latest design and technology trends.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in multimedia design, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of digital and print media, including e-commerce and social media platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to translate brand messages into engaging visuals.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video editing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop multimedia design concepts, graphics, and layouts in line with overall brand and campaign requirements.
  • Collaborate with various branches of the marketing team to develop and produce visual materials for campaigns and events.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all brand assets, strictly adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Create a wide range of digital and print materials, including but not limited to e-commerce banners, landing pages, electronic direct mail (EDM), social media posts, printed materials, and short video animations.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Keep up-to-date with technological advancements and software developments to enhance design capabilities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
