Job Description

Role Summary:

The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for pre-production, production, and post-production duties for all ATRAM multimedia contents including videos, visual assets or high-quality graphics and other creative projects for distribution on the website, social platforms, and other internal purposes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Video Creation and Editing:

  • Create dynamic, engaging, and informative videos, mainly animated.
  • Capture video footage and audio samples, edit and revise videos and illustrations
  • Brainstorm new video ideas, record and edit videos for various channels, and create multimedia content.
  • Research and apply trends in video creation for social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce content for the website, blog, and social media pages.
  • Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines, and select optimal forms of media for projects.
  • Manage video library and evaluate video analytics to ensure compliance with company guidelines and project deadlines.
  • Manage and operate all ATRAM Media room equipment

Creative Design:

  • Design and produce marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials.
  • Design and develop graphics for the website, social media, and other digital marketing campaigns.
  • Create illustrations and animations to enhance marketing content.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to the company's branding guidelines.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired quality standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners as necessary to execute projects.

Others:

  • Maintains inventory of all the equipment and materials in ATRAM Media room
  • Assist in preparation and during marketing related events (virtual and physical events)
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the team and by the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Minimum Qualifications

Competencies required:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro/Adobe After Effects), Video Production (Operating Equipment), Graphic Design (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign), and OBS (livestream) software applications
  • Comprehensive knowledge on pre-production equipment (Camera, Lights, Audio)
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented
  • High level of integrity

Education and experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, film, graphic design, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in multimedia design, animation and production.
