About the Role

We're looking for a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Artist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll support the design and production of high-quality multimedia content across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with our Creative Designer and Marketing Team to bring concepts to life—whether through graphics, videos, motion graphics, or other engaging formats that strengthen our brand and amplify our mission.

Key ResponsibilitiesMultimedia Content Creation

• Design and develop visually engaging assets for web, social media, presentations, and print.
• Edit videos and create basic motion graphics (e.g., transitions, text animations).
• Retouch photos, apply color correction, and optimize visual quality across formats.

Design Support & Brand Alignment

• Collaborate with the Creative Designer to ensure brand consistency in all materials.
• Assist in formatting, editing, and finalizing creative outputs for publication or distribution.
• Adapt designs to various platforms and ensure assets meet technical specifications.

Digital & Print Media Execution

• Produce layouts for posters, flyers, brochures, certificates, packaging, and more.
• Customize visuals for campaigns, promotions, and educational content.
• Prepare final files for web publishing and print production.

Creative Collaboration & File Management

• Work with internal teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Respond constructively to feedback and implement timely revisions.
• Help maintain an organized archive of digital assets and project files.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in multimedia design or a related creative field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
• Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and technical design skills.
