Multimedia Artist

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Artist to join our retail brand's in-house creative team. The Multimedia Artist is responsible for executing the brand's visual direction by producing creative materials across digital, print, and in-store platforms. Reporting to the Creative Director and Art Director, this role translates concepts into marketing collaterals, social media assets, campaign visuals, and retail materials that uphold the brand's identity, while also supporting content creation through photography and videography for campaigns, e-commerce, and social media. Working closely with the Marketing and Creative teams, the Multimedia Artist ensures all outputs are visually consistent, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.

Job Description

1. Creative Execution

• Translate the Creative and Art Directors' vision into creative materials across digital, print, and in-store platforms.
• Design and produce marketing collaterals, social media assets, campaign visuals, website graphics, and retail materials.
• Create photography and videography content for campaigns, e-commerce, and social media, ensuring outputs reflect the brand's identity and values.

2. Collaboration & Alignment

• Work closely with the Art Director, Creatives, Marketing, and Brand teams to deliver visuals that support campaigns and brand positioning
• Partner with the Retail Manager to develop in-store collaterals and ensure alignment with visual merchandising

3. Technical Skills & Content Creation

• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for brand campaigns, e-commerce, and social platforms.
• Develop multimedia content including motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form videos optimized for digital use.
• Ensure all creative materials meet technical requirements for both online and offline platforms.

4. Quality Control & Innovation

• Deliver polished, high-quality outputs that are consistent with brand standards.
• Stay updated with design, photography, and content trends to keep visuals fresh and competitive.
• Proactively suggest creative ideas and content formats that enhance brand storytelling and engagement.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a multimedia or digital content creation role, preferably in a retail, e-commerce, or advertising environment.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong skills in video editing, motion graphics, and basic animation.
• Familiarity with 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• Knowledge of web formats, social media specs, and digital ad standards.
• Experience with photography, lighting, or sound design is a plus.
