Job Title: US Tax Accountant

Location: Clark, Pampanga | Tarlac City | IT Park, Cebu City

Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday

Work Arrangement: Onsite

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • The Tax / Bookkeeping Associate is responsible for preparing and filing personal and tax returns as well as perform bookkeeping and client servicing functions.
  • Prepare personal tax returns.
  • Assemble the workpapers in a clear, organized, and functional manner with appropriate notations.
  • Generate billing for completed returns.
  • Data Entry & Integrity. Accurately transpose data into internal EABATS systems
  • Assign and maintain agreed upon revenue and expense transaction code and classification designations.

ABOUT YOU:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 full tax season
  • Ultra tax software experience, QuickBooks Desktop and Online experience
  • Self-Directed, Self-Motivated, English Communications Skills, Highly Organizational, Analytical, Advanced Computer Skills.
  • Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word) and other productivity tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client deadlines.
