The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting shoppers in finding suitable clothing items, and achieving sales targets. The role ensures that the sales floor is well-presented, merchandise is replenished, and customers enjoy a positive shopping experience aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Provide product knowledge, styling advice, and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
  • Ensure proper display, folding, and arrangement of merchandise according to visual merchandising standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stockman for timely replenishment.
  • Process exchanges, returns, and handle basic cashiering when needed.
  • Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and store campaigns to share with customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and product displays.
  • Support in inventory counts, stock transfers, and other store operations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School graduate or College level preferred.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Willing to deploy ASAP

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Comfortable with light lifting, bending, or reaching for merchandise.
