In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the visual appearance of our retail space. What you'll be doing

  1. Providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
  2. Accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash and payments
  3. Restocking and organising merchandise to maintain a neat and appealing store appearance
  4. Assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and resolving issues
  5. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and brand information
  6. Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  4. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
  5. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred, but not essential
