About the role

RRJ' is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Associate/Cashier/Stockman to join our retail store in Silang Cavite. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling sales transactions, and maintaining the store's inventory and visual presentation. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing retail organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional manner
  2. Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments accurately
  3. Stock and organise merchandise to ensure the store is well-presented and appealing to customers
  4. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the store's sales floor and stockroom
  5. Contribute to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service
  6. Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient store operations

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team
  3. Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling and inventory management
  4. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  5. A positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
  6. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
