About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Delivery Manager with at least 6 years of proven experience in managing IT projects and driving successful delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of projects, on-time delivery, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT/software projects, from initiation to deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Oversee project timelines, scope, resources, and risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, progress reports, and issue resolution.
  • Identify process improvements and promote best practices to increase delivery efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering IT/software implementation or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (Agile, Scrum Master, PMP, Prince2) are a plus.

Work Setup: Full On-site

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Shift: Day Shift

Salary: 130,000 (Max.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php130,000.00 per month
