JOB QUALIFICATION:

-Graduate of any four-year course.

-Experience in leadership or management roles, especially in sales at least 2 years.

-Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and customer relationship management.

-Ability to address client concerns or operational issues as they arise.

-Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools for reporting and communication.

-Ability to accurately scan items, process payments, and ensure that all transactions are recorded correctly.

-With pleasing personality

-Punctuality and reliability in performing reception duties and assisting the sales team.

-Willing to be trained in Makati (free airfare)

-With Allowance while on training

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Handles the overall operations of the branch

-Meets the set quota set by the management

-Experience in the same industry is an advantage.

-Ability to motivate, manage, and guide a sales team to achieve company goals.

-Knowledge of product offerings and the ability to communicate features and benefits to customers, even in a limited capacity.

-Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and staff effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
