Qualifications:

  • Amenable to Work Onsite at our Eastwood Site
  • Must be College/Bachelor's Degree Graduate
  • Must have at least 1-3 years of related experience
  • Proven experience as a Team Lead/Supervisor in a BPO set-up
  • Experience in Insurance account is a must
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent people management skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.

Job Description:

  • Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various teams.
  • Driving team performance, KPI management, reporting, taking resource decisions, absenteeism.
  • Handle day-to-day operations with a focus on performance, quality, analysis, coaching & recognition.
  • Communicate the process updates to the team and check for the understanding by running quiz/questionnaire sessions if necessary.
  • Interact regularly with the Client to share updates, lead operational and project/ program level reviews.
  • Responsible for Client and employee satisfaction and reduce attrition by working closely with the HR Team, while also collaborating with other process owners and training and quality managers to share best practices and drive higher results.
  • Operationally focused with solid understanding of the workflow, with skills to handle client interactions.
  • Undergo Customer Service process training and answer queries and manage customer escalations.
  • Train the new hires in the process if necessary.
  • Provide comprehensive direction and solutions to external and internal customers through written and/or verbal communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the organization's customers and data.
