About the role

We are extremely excited to announce that we are inviting candidate applications for an EUC / Modern Workplace Engineer to be based in our Manila office (Pasig City) on a hybrid working setup.

The EUC / Modern Workplace Engineer will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and supporting the Global IT Microsoft 365 cloud platforms and related services.

As an EUC / Modern Workplace Engineer you will be providing engineered solutions and support to our customers by providing a high level of expertise across all Microsoft 365 and relates services such as:

• Endpoint Management with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, VDI, Windows 11, iOS, macOS and Android OS.
• Microsoft 365 Collaboration with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams and Copilot.
• Identity and Access Management with Entra ID, Role based access controls, authentication protocols, Identity Governance, Identity Lifecycle Management and Conditional Access.
• Telephony and Video Conferencing with Microsoft Teams Telephony, Meeting room devices, Call-Queues, Auto Attendants and PSTN Calling with Direct Routing or Calling Plans.
• Scripting and Automation with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph and Azure automation

What you will be doing

• Manage Orica's Microsoft 365 cloud environments and be responsible for its overall lifecycle management and related projects.
• Identify and drive opportunities for change to the environment and end user solutions based on the cloud first principle.
• Administer small to medium size projects and innovative in the EUC / Modern Workspace within Microsoft 365 and relates services.
• Engagement with key business stakeholders, Chief Cyber Security Office, Architecture and Strategy, and IT Business Engagement to design, deliver and support solutions working in liaison with BR function.
• Liaise with IT PMO Lead and IT Project Managers and teams to provide advice in the development of solutions and plans.
• Collaborate with the Infrastructure teams to identify any interdependencies and/or application development needs to support infrastructure delivery.
• Escalate potential issues and risks to line manager to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
• Follow the IT and Business process governance framework and IT change management and service.
• Ensure infrastructure delivery activities for areas of responsibility align to the IT design principles, IT strategy & architecture and business objectives.

What you will bring

• Bachelor's degree qualification in an IT-related discipline.
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID or Azure related Certifications.
• Previous experience in a Microsoft 365 Engineer role or systems support roles across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows 11, iOS, Android, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Entra ID.
• Task sequence support and troubleshooting.
• Provide informed expert advice on the migration to, configuration, licensing, and implementation of the Microsoft 365 suite of products including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online and Google Workspace.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advance Microsoft Graph and PowerShell scripting skills experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering technical support and development services to medium or large-scale enterprise deployments of Microsoft 365.
• Experience in gathering requirements, designing, deployment, implementation, testing and support of IT systems.
