Production Manager

JOB SUMMARY

As the Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in curating unforgettable live entertainment experiences. This dynamic position revolves around the planning and execution of a diverse range of events, including concerts and fan meets, ensuring that each production surpasses audience expectations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to plan and execute live events, ensuring seamless coordination from conception to completion.
• Develop detailed production schedules, timelines, and budgets for each event.
• Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for various production needs, including staging, lighting, sound, and other technical requirements.
• Oversee the procurement of equipment and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Supervise the technical aspects of live events, including stage setup, lighting design, audio production, and special effects.
• Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during rehearsals or live performances.
• Monitor and manage production budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial targets.
• Provide regular financial updates to the senior management team.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance standards for all live events.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals for each event.
• Lead and motivate a team of production professionals, including stage managers, technicians, and support staff.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to ensure successful event execution.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each production, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Formal Education or Equivalent

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Production, or a closely related field
• Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus

Related Work Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in the live events industry, with a specific focus on concert and fan meet productions.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing a variety of live events, showcasing adaptability to different genres and scales.
