QUALIFICATION

  • Hotel & Restaurant Management graduate or any related course.
  • With at least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
  • Pleasing personality and excellent English communication, interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati City.

JOB SUMMARY

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for a refined and memorable dining experience. This role is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring a seamless flow of service.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Greet guests with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism upon arrival.

  2. Manage reservations, guest lists, and waitlists efficiently using the restaurant's booking system.

  3. Coordinate table assignments to optimize guest flow and service efficiency.

  4. Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the service and kitchen teams.

  5. Provide accurate information about the menu, promotions, and restaurant events.

  6. Handle guest inquiries and phone calls promptly and courteously.

  7. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas.

  8. Assist in managing VIP and special occasion bookings to ensure personalized service.

  9. Support the dining team during peak hours and special functions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
