The Training Manager will lead our efforts in building a stronger, more capable, and more engaged workforce. This role focuses on developing learning programs, supporting performance growth, and creating initiatives that strengthen company culture. You'll help ensure our teams are skilled, motivated, and aligned with Klaiya's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning & Development

  • Create and run training programs that support both skill-building and long-term growth.
  • Identify learning needs and align training plans with business priorities.
  • Manage training schedules, materials, and post-training evaluations.
  • Support onboarding to ensure new hires feel prepared and welcomed.

Performance Management

  • Oversee the performance review process and ensure goals are clear and aligned.
  • Guide leaders and employees in setting KPIs and OKRs.
  • Help maintain consistent documentation and follow-through on performance discussions.

Talent Development & Retention

  • Support succession planning and leadership development.
  • Implement initiatives that encourage employee growth and retention.
  • Work with leaders to identify high-potential talent and build development plans.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Lead engagement activities that promote teamwork, motivation, and inclusivity.
  • Organize company-wide events that strengthen culture.
  • Build communication channels that make employees feel supported and heard.
  • Promote Klaiya's values through culture-focused initiatives.

Who You'll Work With?

  • Reports to: HR Manager, Executive Director, and CTO
  • Works closely with: Department Heads, HR Team, and all employees

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Education, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management
  • Strong background in training design, performance systems, and engagement programs
  • Skilled in facilitation, communication, and project coordination
  • Comfortable using Lark, Google Workspace, and HR tools
  • Great people skills, adaptability, and a passion for helping others grow
