Duties and Responsibilities

The intern will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparation of Financial Reports: Assist in preparing and reviewing statements of accounts for members, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial information.
  • Account Reconciliation: Support account reconciliation by comparing statements of accounts with internal records and invoices.
  • Incoming Payments: Aid in processing and recording incoming payments, ensuring proper allocation and accurate updates of customer accounts.
  • Accounts Receivable: Assist in maintaining accurate accounts receivable records by processing and recording incoming payments and updating customer accounts.
  • Organized Recordkeeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client correspondence and financial documents.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team: Work closely with the finance team to gather necessary data and documentation for statement preparation.
  • Customer Inquiries: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and provide support to the finance team.
  • Process Improvements: Propose enhancements to streamline the efficiency of statement preparation.
  • Email Correspondence: Send professional and timely email communications to internal stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and internal policies when handling client information and documents.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the superior.
