Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant Intern to support our accounting team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in accounting functions, financial reporting, and administrative support within a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and printing documents
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records
  • Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
  • Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
