Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with packaging materials, processes, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate inspections quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Basic understanding of production machinery and equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing setting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with automated inline inspection systems.
  • Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality control methodologies.
  • Problem-solving skills and experience implementing corrective actions.
