Company Overview:

We are a Hong Kong-based company offering a trusted Revenue Management Service to hotels around the world. Known for delivering real results and building lasting client relationships, we are expanding our marketing team to support global growth. We are now hiring a Copywriter to craft high-impact, conversion-focused content that speaks directly to our audience.

Position Summary:

We're looking for a skilled and versatile Copywriter who can produce clear, engaging, and persuasive content across a variety of platforms. You will work closely with our Conversion Specialist and the broader marketing team to develop messaging that drives results - from landing pages to email sequences, brochures, newsletters, and our website.

This role is ideal for a writer who understands not only how to write well, but how to write with purpose - toward a specific goal, conversion, or brand message.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling copy for landing pages, email campaigns, website content, newsletters, and marketing brochures
  • Collaborate with the Conversion Specialist to align messaging with performance goals
  • Maintain and evolve the companys tone of voice and brand messaging
  • Revise and optimize existing content for clarity, tone, and impact
  • Assist with content planning and editorial calendars
  • Proofread and ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints
  • Apply SEO and CRO best practices in digital copywriting

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional copywriting experience in marketing, content, or communications
  • Strong portfolio of work showcasing marketing and conversion-driven writing
  • Excellent command of English with a natural, persuasive writing style
  • Understanding of B2B communication and/or the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Able to balance creativity with clarity and purpose
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Philippines-based; remote role with flexibility

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mautic, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with SEO and keyword optimization
  • Exposure to digital analytics or A/B testing is a plus
