JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develops comprehensive marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Studies competitors, market trends, and external factors affecting sales performance.
  • Researches and recommends strategies for advertising, promotions, and brand positioning.
  • Analyzes the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Sets sales routes and schedules for COD personnel, sales agents, and pickers.
  • Trains and supervises sales staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Identifies potential clients and new market opportunities.
  • Conducts mapping, canvassing, and market research for targeted sales efforts.
  • Designs marketing materials using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Creates brochures, flyers, presentations, and other promotional content.
  • Ensures brand image and messaging are consistent across all platforms.
  • Coordinates with other departments to produce and distribute ad and promo materials.
  • Oversees social media postings and online marketing activities (if applicable).
  • Collects and presents relevant market and sales data for management review.
  • Tracks ROI and effectiveness of campaigns and promotions.
  • Updates pricing sheets, promo mechanics, and campaign-related documentation.
  • Provides reports and actionable insights to senior management.
