Develop and implement creative sales techniques to enhance customer engagement and increase conversions.
- Customer Service Resolution
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly while protecting the clinic's brand and image.
- Team Management
Foster a positive working environment through open communication and regular team meetings.
- Social Media Engagement
Respond to all social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high client conversion rates.
- Cost Control & Profitability
Implement effective cost-control measures across supplies, utilities, and manpower to maintain and enhance clinic profitability.
