About the role

Join Diane Co. Garments Manufacturing as a Customer Sales Representative. In this full-time, office-based role in Quezon City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a vital part in the ongoing success of our established garments manufacturing business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively prospecting for new business opportunities and leads
  2. Scheduling and conducting sales meetings with both new and existing customers
  3. Presenting our product range and services in a compelling and professional manner
  4. Negotiating and closing sales deals within set targets and parameters
  5. Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support
  6. Maintaining detailed customer records and pipeline data
  7. Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing teams to implement effective sales strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Proven sales experience, ideally within the garments industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  3. A confident and persuasive presentation style to effectively pitch our products
  4. Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure sales deals
  5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  6. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting
  7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
