Greet guests warmly and assist them during the checkout process, answering any questions they may have.

Accurately process payments for food and beverage orders, including cash, credit, and gift card transactions.

Maintain an organized cash drawer, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and balanced at the end of each shift.

Provide information on menu items, specials, and promotions as needed to enhance the guest experience.

Print and issue receipts to customers, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all transactions.

Handle any payment-related issues or guest complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service and communication.
