We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Remote Low Voltage Sales Associate to help drive sales of security and low voltage systems. The ideal candidate is personable, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a passion for building client relationships and understanding customer needs. This role involves generating new leads, following up with prospects, preparing proposals, and supporting clients throughout the sales cycle — all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

● Prospect and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and partners.

● Understand customer needs and recommend tailored low voltage/security solutions.

● Prepare and deliver proposals, estimates, and sales presentations.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction.

● Meet and exceed sales targets while tracking performance using CRM tools.

● Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.

● Provide timely follow-up, communication, and support to clients.

Qualifications:

● Experience: Sales experience (low voltage/security industry experience is a plus).

● Technical Skills: Basic understanding of low voltage systems such as CCTV, access control, intercoms, and networking.

● Sales Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.

● Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.

● Customer Service: Client-first approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

● Other Requirements: Reliable internet connection, proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and CRM software.
