Duties/ Responsibilities:

  1. Observe proper cleaning and sanitation of food preparation areas at all times

  2. Prepare ingredients to be used in baking breads and pastries

  3. Meet daily target production of breads and pastries and ensure products will meet the establishment's standards on food safety and quality

  4. Responsible for the proper storage of food items

  5. Monitor stocks and advise on replenishment

  6. Check all products - actual stocks should tally with recorded ending inventory

  7. Responsible in reporting and recording spoiled/substandard wastages

  8. Attend trainings and product presentations as advised by the store manager or the corporate chef coursed through the manpower service agency

  9. Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

1.At least Vocational, College/Bachelor's degree graduate

  1. Preferably with experience as a Baker or Cake Maker

  2. With familiarity to baking equipment

  3. With experience in cake decoration techniques
