About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious and results-driven sales professionals. The Inside Sales Account Manager will work as part of a territory sales team, responsible for achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets through proactive account management and outbound sales activities.
The role focuses on building strong relationships with end-user organizations, managing renewals, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating closely with channel partners to maximize revenue within the assigned territory. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, effective use of sales tools, and a proactive, hunter-style approach to pipeline development.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy selling, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by performance-based rewards.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue and gross profit targets in line with budget.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, driving opportunities to successful closure.
- Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities.
- Upsell and cross-sell aligned product portfolios within existing accounts.
- Re-establish and grow relationships with lapsed end-user accounts.
Account & Partner Management
- Manage day-to-day relationships with end users, including renewals and ongoing account management.
- Work closely with selected channel partners to co-sell and expand opportunities.
- Manage daily deal activity with focus partners.
- Promote campaigns, offers, and initiatives with partners.
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns aligned to account strategies.
- Maintain campaign momentum through digital and innovative marketing techniques.
- Promote marketing messages, promotions, and events to partners and end users.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Pull in technical expertise and product demonstrations as required.
- Develop competency in portfolio sales plays and product positioning.
- Work alongside cyber sales specialists and achieve relevant product certifications.
