We are looking for a committed and detail-driven Safety Officer III to promote and maintain a safe workplace within our manufacturing facility. This role focuses on enforcing safety standards, performing audits, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Occupational Health & Safety Certification (SO3)
  • Relevant experience in a safety-related position, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Skilled in safety audits, inspections, and risk mitigation related to equipment and processes
  • Strong documentation, reporting, communication, training, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Willing to work on-site in Guiguinto, Bulacan
  • Can start immediately

Key Duties:

  • Enforce and manage Process Safety Management programs to ensure accident prevention and operational safety
  • Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments in all departments
  • Carry out safety inspections and audits, prepare reports, and recommend corrective measures
  • Develop and update emergency response procedures; facilitate safety drills and training sessions
  • Ensure compliance with government safety laws and industry regulations
  • Provide continuous safety orientation and training for employees
