Main Responsibilities:

The QA Laboratory Observer will be responsible in ensuring the proper conduct and monitoring of tests, and inspection of materials and products to assure that finished products comply to pre-set standards.

  • Conducts mechanical test of steel samples using the universal testing machine and bending machine
  • Conducts chemical test of samples using vacuum emission spectrometer
  • Performs maintenance or troubleshooting of Universal Testing Machine and bending machine including spectrometer
  • Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
  • Conducts chemical test of samples using vacuum emission spectrometer

Minimum Qualification/s:

  • Must be a graduate of Engineering courses preferably Mechanical, Metallurgical or Chemical Engineer
  • At least 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
  • Must be willing to work at Valenzuela City
  • Required Skills: Universal Testing Machine, Spectrometer Operations, Quality Assurance Laboratory Operations

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 12 months
