QA/QC Engineer

Job Summary:
Quality Assurance and Control Officer to ensure all construction activities meet project standards and regulations. The role involves monitoring quality, conducting inspections, and maintaining documentation for successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure material and workmanship quality.
- Monitor and document test results, inspections, and non-conformance reports.
- Implement QA/QC standards and assist in training site teams on quality compliance.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized QA/QC documentation for audits and turnover.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any Construction-related course (license preferred but not required).
- At least 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, testing methods, and documentation procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong reporting and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with site teams and management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
