Job Responsibilities:

  • Set, plan, and formulate target sales objectives for PMRs on the territory and district level based on the company goals/ directions.
  • Plan, organize, and analyze the itinerary of MD call objectives set by the PMRs to their target doctors, hospitals, and drugstores
  • Closely monitor, evaluate, analyze, and maintain bi-monthly expense report, MD daily coverage report, sales plan, sample liquidation reports, and marketing activities of PMR's
  • Conduct KOL visits and develop new business partnerships with hospitals, MDs, industrial, and drugstore
  • Must understand and be able to explain the brand's strategies and translate national/regional plans to business plans for the district and territories.
  • Responsible for effectively and consistently managing individual and district performance, taking accountability, and taking appropriate actions when necessary.
  • DSM must have a deep understanding of the healthcare market, including competitors and local market dynamics, and issues related to both hospital and retail markets.
  • DSM will be expected to build strong relationships and network with key decision makers, key opinion leaders, and stakeholders to support business needs and sales objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business and allied medical science.
  • Experience in handling Derma or Respi products is an advantage.
  • VACANT area: 1 DSM - Derma - Mindanao area, 1 DSM for North GMA & Central Luzon area
