About Muvr

Muvr is a fast-growing logistics and marketplace platform, similar to Uber or Grab but built for movers and last mile delivery. We are hiring a full time remote WordPress Web Developer to own the build, maintenance, optimization, and scale of all WordPress websites and landing pages for both Muvr and the personal brand of our Founder, Rico Suarez.

Role Overview

You will lead front end development, performance optimization, CRO, technical SEO, plugin management, and continuous improvements across all marketing assets. This role requires strong execution speed and the ability to ship clean and optimized pages daily.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development and Maintenance

• Build, update, and maintain WordPress pages, templates, and components.

• Launch new landing pages, microsites, blogs, and partner pages.

• Ensure fully responsive and mobile optimized layouts.

• Manage plugins, theme updates, and platform stability.

Performance Optimization

• Improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, and Lighthouse scores.

• Optimize caching, reduce render blocking, compress media, and refine code.

• Maintain consistent performance across all high traffic pages.

Conversion Rate Optimization

• Build A and B test variations for funnels and landing pages.

• Implement improved CTAs, UX flows, navigation, and layout enhancements.

• Collaborate with Marketing to increase conversion rates for key campaigns.

Technical SEO

• Apply on page technical SEO best practices.

• Optimize schema, internal linking, URL structure, and meta data.

• Ensure SEO readiness for all new pages and blog content.

• Partner with the SEO team on audits and improvements.

Front End Design and UI Execution

• Convert Figma designs into fast, clean WordPress UI.

• Align visuals with the Creative Director and brand guidelines.

• Build reusable components and templates for rapid publishing.

Web Infrastructure and Stability

• Maintain backups, staging environments, and deployment flows.

• Audit vulnerabilities and maintain plugin security.

• Prevent downtime, broken links, and stability issues.

Collaboration and Delivery

• Work with Marketing, Creative, SEO, and Content teams.

• Execute daily updates, hot fixes, and landing page requests.

• Keep ClickUp tasks updated and deliver consistent daily output.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of WordPress development experience.

• Expertise in Elementor, Oxygen, or custom builders.

• Strong front end skills in HTML, CSS, JS, and basic PHP.

• Experience improving performance and Core Web Vitals.

• Ability to build fast responsive landing pages from scratch.

• Comfortable working in a fast moving environment with daily tasks.

• Experience partnering with marketing and creative teams.

• Bonus: experience integrating , analytics, tracking pixels, and forms.
