Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack WordPress Developer who possesses a deep understanding of WordPress, along with expertise in AI, automation, API integrations, and plugin development. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions on the WordPress platform. You will manage code using Git and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.

1.Full Stack Development:

•    Design and implement WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.
•    Develop and maintain responsive front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
•    Optimize WordPress installations for speed, scalability, and performance.

2.API Integrations:

• Implement and manage API integrations between WordPress and third-party services (e.g., CRM systems, payment gateways, marketing tools).
• Create and manage custom RESTful APIs as needed.

3. AI and Automation:

• Utilize AI technologies to enhance site functionality and user experience.
• Develop custom automation scripts and workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

4. Solution Architecture:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design scalable, maintainable, and effective architectures for WordPress solutions.

5.Plugin Development:

• Create high-quality WordPress plugins that extend the core functionality of WordPress.
• Maintain and upgrade existing plugins and ensure they are compatible with the latest versions of WordPress.

6.Version Control and Git Management:

• Manage code repositories using Git, implement branching strategies, and ensure smooth code deployment.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards.

7.Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver cohesive and high-quality digital solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide leadership in technical decisions.

8.Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Perform debugging and troubleshooting of WordPress sites and applications.
• Ensure quality and accessibility standards are met through testing and validation processes.

9.Continuous Learning:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development, WordPress, AI, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on WordPress.
• - Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL.
• - Strong experience with WordPress development, including theme and plugin development.
• - Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST and SOAP).
• - Familiarity with AI and automation tools and frameworks.
• - Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
• - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• - Experience in leading technical projects or mentoring junior developers is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
