Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Online Media

  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging content such as posts, captions, and basic graphics for social media and online ads.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and assist in analyzing campaign performance.
  • Help coordinate events, product promotions, and photo/video shoots.
  • Support in maintaining brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Can do telesales and assist clients

Administrative Support

  • Perform general office duties, including, filing, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as required.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing materials.
  • Support coordination between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Proficient in sales operations and client handling, ensuring positive customer experience and business growth.
  • Manage inventory of office and marketing supplies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, social media management, or office administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php19,000.00 per month
