Job Description
  • Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost provisions for Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical works.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and stay updated on market pricing.
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
  • Review and evaluate contractor bids and conduct site inspections to validate quantities and scopes of work.
  • Assess bid costs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements.
  • Present bid evaluations and cost recommendations to Supervisors and Procurement Heads.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of quantity surveying experience.
  • Experience in construction bid evaluation is an advantage.
  • Basic presentation skills for delivering bid evaluations and reports.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and coordination skills.
