The RoleWe're seeking an effective Junior Administrator to ensure proper operations of the company. You will:Provide administrative and clerical duties as requiredEnsure the smooth running of day to day activities including calendar and travel management and appointment settingResponsible for checking financial documents including expense reports, invoices, payments and monthly accounting reportsReview, generate and prepare documents including minutes of meetings, contracts and presentationsAssist in HR -related tasks including recruitment, payroll, on & off boarding of staffEnsure deliverables and reports are in order and updated accurately on a timely basisClosely monitor deadlines and send reminders where requiredAssist colleagues within the team as requiredAttend ad -hoc duty and run errands as and when required RequirementsSkills & ExperienceDegree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or related disciplinesAt least 1 -2 years experience in HR, fresh graduates welcome to applyExcellent Proficiency of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)Excellent attention to detail, organizational and people skills.Must be able to handle multiple tasksExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated ability to think independently and recommend best practicesSuperior organization, prioritization, and self -motivation skills.
