Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Financial Management or any related course.
  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Experience from Real Estate Company is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares budget forecast and coordinates with various departments for receipt and disbursement for the period.
  • Manages bank relationships and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting
  • Keep custody and update individual bank data files, contracts/agreements and other related financial files.
  • Generates the following reports: monthly treasury report, cash flow forecast against actual and financial planning and forecast
  • Performs administrative functions such as selection/placement and development of staff, performance management, employee discipline and termination, etc.
