Job Description

The Technical Support will assist the Supervising Manager and Team in the performance of routine administrative functions and other technical matters.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Provide a technical support to the Supervising Manager and Team.

2. Perform general staff assistance, documentation services, coordination and relaying information, and

collaboration with technical team and other departments.

3. Distribute, control, record, monitor and safekeeping of technical records, files and manuals.

4. Handling administrative requests and queries from Supervising Manager.

5. Maintain schedules and event calendars.

6. Arrange meetings, conferences for the Supervising Manager.

7. Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, reports and technical documentation.

8. Handle emails and calls & filing.

9. Coordinate flows of information internally and with other team members.

10. Conduct searches for needed information.

11. Recording and distribution of meeting minutes where required.

12. Assist other functional support staff on any administrative duties.

13. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Requirements

  1. At least three (3) years' work experience in a technical and administrative role for construction or similar industries.
  2. Candidate must be a graduate of any Engineering related courses.
