Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement
  • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications

  • Review reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy and usability
  • Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
  • Support data marketplace initiatives, ensuring high-quality data management
  • Prepare documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst in data analytics or related field
  • Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Spotfire, or similar)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, AI/ML concepts, or cloud platforms is an advantage
