WE'RE HIRING: Warehouse Assistant

Join our team and play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in receiving, checking, and recording incoming skin care products.
  • Help in organizing and storing products according to proper storage requirements.
  • Support inventory monitoring by checking stock levels, batch/lot numbers, and expiry dates.
  • Follow FEFO/FIFO methods when arranging and dispatching products.
  • Prepare and pack orders for delivery to clinics, stores, or customers.
  • Assist in conducting regular stock counts and report any discrepancies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
  • Handle products carefully to avoid damage or contamination.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse Specialist and other team members for smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • At least a college graduate, preferably in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
  • With or without experience — fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory procedures and product handling is an advantage.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
  • Physically fit to handle and move warehouse items.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to company procedures.
