As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the plant's electrical infrastructure. You'll lead electrical installations, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement improvement initiatives that keep our operations running at peak performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and specify site electrical requirements, including reviewing vendor electrical proposals and scopes of work.
  • Lead and oversee the execution of the electrical phase of projects, ensuring quality compliance with standards and verifying vendor implementation.
  • Maintain complete documentation of all site electrical facilities for internal reference and LGU compliance.
  • Serve as the primary resource for troubleshooting building and equipment electrical issues.
  • Assess, recommend, and implement continuous improvement projects for site electrical systems and infrastructure.
  • Provide training and capability-building support to SC-Engineering personnel on electrical work and technical knowledge.
  • Perform other project-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably a Licensed Electrical Engineer).
  • Minimum of 1–2 years relevant experience in managing electrical systems within a manufacturing or industrial facility.
  • Strong background in electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Experience working with contractors and vendors is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on-site in Valenzuela.
