Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapy graduate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assist in implementing therapy programs, conducting developmental activities, and supporting licensed Occupational Therapists in providing quality care to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct developmental and functional assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in planning and implementing OT-based strategies and classroom adaptations under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Support the assessment and documentation of students' developmental progress
  • Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding therapy goals, progress, and home strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by the center
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards of practice

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • With or without PRC license (those awaiting board results are welcome)
  • Passionate about working with children with special needs
  • Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be trained and grow within a collaborative and supportive environment
