MTS CORP. is looking for a Senior 3D Animator to join our creative onsite team in BGC, Taguig
Responsibilities:
  1. Creative 3D Asset Production: Apply innovative, multi-dimensional design approaches to create high-quality 3D models for characters, environments, and props based on project requirements.
  2. Modeling & Texturing: Independently produce high-resolution 3D assets and textures, guided by concept art and reference materials, while maintaining a strong aesthetic sensibility.
  3. Adaptability Across Styles: Demonstrate versatility in modeling across diverse art styles (Western, realistic, classical), with a focus on consistent production quality.
  4. Pipeline Expertise: Bring hands-on experience in both hand-painted and next-gen PBR workflows. Preference given to candidates with experience on large-scale, commercial game titles.
  5. Cross-Disciplinary Understanding: Understand the workflows and interdependencies of both 2D and 3D game art production, ensuring accurate translation of visual requirements into final assets.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in 3D game art creation, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering for characters and environments.
  2. Educational Background: Degree in animation, game art, or a related field preferred. Must possess a strong foundation in traditional art and 3D modeling principles.

  5. Sculpting: ZBrush
  6. Texturing & Materials: Substance Painter, Photoshop
  7. Rendering: V-Ray or Arnold
  8. Engines: Unity or Cocos Creator
  9. Soft Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Able to clearly understand requirements, take initiative, and collaborate effectively across departments.
  10. Work Ethic: Responsible, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Capable of delivering high-quality assets on time in a fast-paced production environment.
