Work Responsibilities Support new website build with micro-animations, graphics, and brand-consistent design. Create 2D/micro animations and graphics that bring our brand to life, ensuring visual elements are consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand standards. Design and deliver 2D/micro animations for web and digital assets (no advanced 3D required). Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and update design materials as product functionality evolves. Maintain brand consistency across all animations and graphics. Present creative concepts clearly and communicate effectively with team members. Required Qualifications Animation & Design Expertise Proven experience creating 2D and micro-animations (no advanced 3D required). Ability to design custom diagrams and explainer animations for solutions, avoiding stock imagery. Skilled in producing animations with a clean, tech‑focused B2B style (product/object animations only; not character‑driven, dramatic, or “cute” styles). Technical Skills Proficiency in Figma + Lottie (preferred). Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop). Familiarity with HubSpot is helpful. Experience with frontend development and UI/UX design is a plus. Background in designing for customer experience‑focused websites preferred. Must present a strong portfolio with multiple examples of animation and design projects (not just one‑off work). Soft Skills Strong communicator with prompt responsiveness to avoid delays. Awareness of brand consistency and ability to maintain design standards. Collaborative personality and strong cultural fit for working within a small, agile team.
