Job Overview We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Artist to design and create high-quality 3D assets for our projects, including models, textures, and animations. The ideal candidate should have a strong artistic eye, technical proficiency in 3D software, and the ability to bring concepts to life in both realistic and stylized formats. Key Responsibilities Create 3D models, textures, and materials for characters, environments, and objects. Develop realistic and stylized assets based on project requirements. Work closely with designers, animators, and developers to ensure assets fit project pipelines. Optimize 3D assets for performance without compromising quality. Create UV maps, texture painting, and material setups for models. Collaborate on lighting and rendering for final outputs. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques in 3D art and design. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a 3D Artist or similar role. Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or similar). Strong skills in texturing, shading, and rendering. Knowledge of game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine (a plus). Understanding of UV mapping, lighting, and animation basics. Strong artistic skills with an eye for detail, form, and color. Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
