We're on the lookout for an Account Officer (Field Credit Investigator) for our Cabanatuan Branch to Join Global Dominion Financing Inc. – a trusted leader in the financing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interviewing and preparing Credit Approval Memorandum (CAM) report based on submitted document of the borrower.
  • Conduct inspection report of collateral unit (Picture & Stencil).
  • Conduct neighbourhood checking of residence and business area.
  • Third Party Verification such as Bank Checking, Trade Dealings for Supplier and Client, Employment Verification, DTI Verification, SEC Verification, PRC Verification, Character Reference Checking, Dealer's Price Agreement Verification.
  • Kaiser Verification (64Ai) Name Screening, Facebook, Google Verification, Screenshot of Valuation of Collateral Unit.
  • Preparing Balance Sheet and Income Statement, Client Risk Assessment Form.
  • Monitoring of accounts on per area Ops Tracker based on area assignment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related Field
  • Experience as Field Credit Investigator and specializing in handling people.
  • Willing to do Field works such as Inspection of Unit, Conduct neighbourhood checking for business and residence also administrative work such as BSIS Report and Credit Approval Memorandum Report about borrower's information
  • Computer literate with good communication skills, and able to work under pressure
  • With own Motorcycle and valid driver's license
  • Available to start immediately
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
