Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description
- Job posting and sourcing: Write and post job descriptions, and proactively find and contact potential candidates through online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening and interviewing: Review resumes and conduct pre-screening calls or interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
- Hiring and onboarding: Coordinate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers, extend job offers, and negotiate salary and terms.
- Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Relationship building: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Administration: Maintain accurate records in an applicant tracking system (ATS) and conduct background checks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is often preferred.
At least 2 to 3 years experience in recruitment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php150, Php200,000.00 per month
