Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Brand Manager located in Caloocan City. The Senior Brand Manager will lead brand strategy, oversee the development and execution of marketing plans, and ensure alignment with company goals. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance brand positioning, analyzing market trends, managing budgets, and evaluating campaign performance to drive growth. The Senior Brand Manager will also act as a key representative of the brand in internal and external communications.

Qualifications

· Experience in Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, and Product Positioning

· Skills in Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Competitive Analysis

· Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Campaign Execution

· Strong Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skills

· Budget Management, Project Management, and Performance Evaluation expertise

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

· Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and meet tight deadlines

· Experience in the (FMCG) fast moving consumer goods industry is required
