We are in need of LEASING/ MARKETING SPECIALIST

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business course or a similar field.

  • Strong understanding of brand management with proven track record in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in social media management, marketing coordination and wide knowledge with property/leasing.
  • Ability to influence and synergize cross-functional units.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, organizational and time management skills. (Advertising available properties and conducting property tours as part of marketing activities.)
  • Pro-active and solution-focused.
  • Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and resourcefulness.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and able to drive 4 wheels (Field work-required).
