A General Manager will oversee overall business operations and ensure efficiency, profitability, and growth. The role involves managing daily activities, leading cross-functional teams, developing strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong team leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in administrative and operational functions such as scheduling, inventory, compliance, and billing.
  • Approachable and professional demeanor with the ability to coordinate with medical staff and external partners.
  • Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset and initiative to improve operations.
  • Willing to travel as needed.
  • Preferably with a valid driver's license (2-wheels or 4-wheels).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
