Employee in this job performs general cashiering and money transactions of the restaurant. Process all guests billing transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established company policies and procedures, such as punching of sales into the POS System using cash, credit card, and other approved mode of payment. safekeeping of daily sales, timely preparation and submission of accurate daily cash reports.

  1. Comes to work in healthy condition and in proper grooming standard.

  2. Adheres to opening and closing procedures.

  3. Ensure all guests ordered must be punch first in the POS before preparations /serving.

  4. Accepts payment, ensures all prices and quantities are accurate, accounted and proving receipt for every customer.

  5. Ensure that payments are successfully settled in the pos system. No Manual

  6. Ensure that all order slips (OS) coming from dining, take-out orders, and down payment for reservation are properly accounted and punched in the pos.

  7. Ensures that POS and generated reports for debit or credit cards settlements are the same amount or balance

  8. Observes vault procedures.

  9. Do proper turnover and safekeeping of sales

  10. Updates, records and files all transaction slips and documents in timely manner.

  11. Ensure accurate preparation and submission of reports: all signed and approved.

  12. Observe cash control procedures and standard cashiering operations

  13. Do inventory and requisition of office supplies and accountable forms

  14. Assisting in telephone inquiries

  15. Releases petty cash for emergency or outside purchases must be approved by treasury head

  16. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the area of responsibility.

  17. Perform other duties as required by management.

The incumbent must possess the following qualifications:

· One (1) year relevant work experience

· Preferably college level

· Must be computer literate (MS Office)

· Knowledgeable in POS handling

· With pleasing personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
